We can flourish in our lives by living in Wellness, and being aligned to our Purpose and Values
Yoga is a cornerstone to our Wellness, through the physical, mental, emotional and energetic benefits it brings.
The Benefits of Yoga as I experience and teach:
Physical benefits of strength, mobility and flexibility.
Mental health benefits of mental clarity, space, and freedom in the mind.
Emotional benefits as we shift and work through emotions, such as moving from anxious to calm, or angry to peaceful.
Energetic benefits as we shift from states such as sluggish to energised, or scattered to focused.
Danni Craker
“As a Yoga Teacher I help people build their awareness of their physical, mental, emotional and energetic landscapes, so that they can move forward with their Wellness goals. We are all unique with our own challenges, needs and desires. Whether you have life goals such as; to live a long and active life, or to compete at top level sports, or you have short or longer term health challenges to live through, these are unique to you. As a Yoga Teacher I want to help you find what works for you.”
Danni discovered yoga in 2002. Yoga; asana, meditation and breath work, soon became an indispensable part of her life.
“I fundamentally believe I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Yoga, it’s shaped me on every level; physically, mentally and energetically.”
Danni completed her first 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Haven in Brighton in 2010 and her second 200 hour teacher training through Yard Yoga in Forest Row in 2023.
Danni is passionate about guiding others to experience the many benefits of yoga that have been part of her life for over 20 years.
“I have always loved the feeling of freedom that yoga gives me, both in the body and mind. I see the yoga asana practice as a moving meditation.”
Danni was first drawn to strong flowing, dynamic styles of yoga. Then when moving to Brighton in 2009 she stumbled across Hot Yoga and was hooked on the benefits of practicing yoga in a hot room. Since then she’s also developed a love of Hatha classes for their longer juicy holds and simplicity to sink into the body and mind. And in 2023 she completed her Yin Yoga Teacher Training after discovering the unique benefits Yin Yoga can bring.
“On a daily basis I switch between practicing Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Hot Yoga, choosing the style that my body and mind needs that day. I love to teach all these styles as they each have their place in our Wellness Journey.”
