Wellness Coaching

Wellness is the cornerstone to reaching our dreams in life. Without Wellness, we’re making that journey towards our dreams, that much harder.

Ok, so you want to feel Well. But what does that mean? What does feeling Well mean to you?

For me, feeling Well is about feeling energised, strong, empowered, capable, grounded, resilient and worthy.

You may be at a low point, trying to take a step forward to Wellness, or gone through significant life changes which have knocked you off course. Or you may have been making significant improvements in your health over a few years, but are starting to lose your way, you’ve met your initial goals and your motivation is waning, you’ve plateaued, you’re not sure what to do next. Or maybe you’ve reached key fitness or sporting goals and you want to take the next leap, but you can’t quite take that step, something is getting in the way.

Wellness Coaching can help in all these areas, helping you tune into your authentic self, helping to find the blocks, get you unstuck and moving forward to Your Wellness.

Wellness Coaching will have an impact on all areas of your life, just as all areas of your life have an impact on your Wellness. And when you start to feel Well, you start to feel and believe that you can reach your goals and dreams.

Our journey to Wellness, is ongoing, it’s not linear, it has mountains to climb and beautiful meadows to rest in. It isn’t easy, but if you’re focused on your Why, what drives you to being Well, and you’re acting in line with your Purpose and Values, YOU can feel Well.

And with that Wellness, you can move forward to meeting your dreams in life.

As we go through the Coaching process, you will dive deeper into who you are; what Wellness means for you, what your Values are, what your Purpose is, and your desires and goals for the future. You will discover your truest form of you. I call this your authentic self.

As you discover more about your self, your Wellness, your Values, your Purpose; it provides a lens through which to view goals, decisions, and actions.

You can then move more purposefully towards your desires and goals. 

Challenges and blocks will arise, that’s perfectly normal. You bring these to the Coaching space to explore and find new routes to your goals.

This is not a linear process. The Coaching process will evolve and loop back and forward as you learn more about yourself and experiment with new perspectives and goals.

My role as your Coach is to provide a structure and framework to support you along this journey. 

My approach to Coaching is based on the belief that we are all completely and utterly unique, with our own skills and strengths and creativity to find ways forward.

Neuroscience shows us that every single brain is wired differently, so we each need to forge our own connections and pathways for change to stick. 

I am not there to tell you what to do. If I told you what to do, I would strip away your power and your beautiful uniqueness. What works for one person doesn’t work for everyone else. 

If you’ve been in the position before where someone has said (with all good intention), if you do X and Y, then you’ll succeed. You try X and Y, you really try hard. But you don’t reach your goal. 

This is where Coaching can help to get you back to who you are, your uniqueness, and you will then be able to find a route to Your Wellness that works for you.

A Little About Me

I so fundamentally believe in the power of Coaching that I left my old career to embark on a new career in Coaching back in 2022.

I’d set up a small Accountancy Firm in 2009 and worked tirelessly building a sustainable successful business, before selling the business in 2022 and deciding to take the leap into the Coaching and Wellness industry.

During the 13 years running the business I was lucky enough to have a Coach who I met with almost every month. I worked with my Coach to find out who I was, what my values where, what my desires and goals were, and then when I faced blocks I was able to use my Coaching sessions to find new ways of thinking, new perspectives, so I could find new routes forward.

And so often these sessions revolved around what I needed to do to look after myself so I could then fully show up for my business

My journey to Wellness has taken many twists and turns over the years. I’ve made some big changes in my life in the pursuit of Wellness. It was a key reason for why I decided to sell my business. I had realised I couldn’t reach Wellness whilst being in the business. Not only could I not reach Wellness, but I was so far from it, I could barely believe it was possible! And that was despite my regular yoga and meditation practice, healthy eating, and a host of other Wellness tools.

Another key reason for change, was that after working with my Coach for many years, I had great awareness of my Values and I was becoming more confident in my Purpose. And I realised I could no longer shoe horn that into my role in the business.

Coaching has been key in helping me to make these big changes so that I could align my Values and Purpose in what I do, and discover a whole new level of Wellness I didn’t believe was possible.
